Kuda Walker is the District Associate Vice Chancellor for Institutional Effectiveness at Wayne County Community College District. Kuda provides oversight of institutional continuous improvement activities related to the development, collection, analysis, and reporting of institutional data to support district-wide planning and assessment. Working at a community college provides Kuda the opportunity to make an impact in the lives of students in Wayne County.

Over the past 14 years, Kuda has successfully provided leadership and developed management tools to ensure completion of federal and state regulatory reporting in a multi-campus community college district. Kuda believes in working collaboratively with both internal and external constituents throughout the district to promote continuous improvement and student success. As a result, through her contributions, the district successfully received its accreditation reaffirmation with the Higher Learning Commission. Kuda holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
