Kristian Chanel participated in DETZIM 2016 where she partnered with Cynthia Chimanga who was a student at Chinhoyi University of Technology at the time. Kristian collaborated with ZCCD in an event at MOCAD in 2019 titled State of Flux: ZIM to DET. She was responisble in curating the work from DETZIM into the event.
